We make our dough on-site using '00' flour, sourdough starter, water, salt and extra virgin olive oil. We let the dough proof for a minimum of 48 hours to create a soft, light, airy pizza. The dough is hand-stretched, cooked in our wood-fired oven for 60-90 seconds, and then topped with San Marzano tomato and Fior de latte cheese for that true, authentic Neapolitan pizza.
